Responsibility: Pre-construction stage: 1. Participate in the development of electrical engineering and auto-control system design, estimate related budget. 2. Contact with local national grid, deal with construction procedure during application. 1. Participate preparation of electrical engineering and auto-control system bidding document and draft contract, contact with potential suppliers, organize bidding procedure, involved in bid evaluation contract negotiation. Construction stage: 1. Participate in the construction method, review and approve construction method provided by contractor. 2. On-site timetable, quality, budget, and safety control during Electrical engineering construction. 3. Tracking equipment production schedule, arrange delivery, on site check up, test and commissioning. 4. Organize training and electrical engineering acceptance. 5. Participate in project final acceptance and final audit. 6. Other work and tasks assigned by PM Qualification: Bachelor degree major in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering or Automatic control engineering, more than 8 years working experience, especially in wastewater treatment or water supply field. 1. 本科以上学历，电气专业或自控仪表专业； 2. 8年以上工作经验，尤其是污水处理或水务领域的工作经验。 3. 有设计院工作经验者优先考虑； 4. 有中级工程师职称者优先。 5. 能适应经常出差。
