Responsibility: Pre-construction stage: 1. Participate in the proposal in the structure design, prepare civil work estimation. 2. Contact with local government, deal with construction procedure during application. 3. Participate preparation of civil work and installation bidding document and draft contract, contact with potential contractor, organize bidding procedure, involved in bid evaluation contract negotiation. Construction stage: 1. Participate in the construction scheme, review and approve construction organization plan provided by civil work contractor. 2. On-site timetable, quality, budget, and safety control during construction and installation. Contact with Supervision Company, contractor and coordinate PR between all involved parties. 3. Arrange equipment and pipeline delivery, on site check up, test. 4. Compile weekly and monthly report and report to PM. 5. Review and confirm monthly BOQ, organize civil work construction acceptance and project final acceptance. 6. Participate in final settlement negotiation and final audit. 7. Other work and tasks assigned by PM Qualification: Bachelor degree major in civil work, more than 8 years working experience, especially in wastewater treatment or water supply field. 1. 本科以上学历； 2. 8年以上工作经验，特别是在污水处理或水务领域的经验 3. 有设计院工作经验者优先； 4. 有中级工程师资格证者优先； 5. 能适应经常出差。
